CEMS Master in International Management
CEMS is a global alliance of leading business schools, multinational corporations and NGOs that together offer the CEMS Master in International Management. It is a one-year joint degree program that can be taken at any of the 34 CEMS Academic member schools around the world. Only one school per country may participate in CEMS, and they are all top schools within their countries. The goal of CEMS is to educate and prepare future generations of international business leaders who will contribute to a more open, sustainable and inclusive world.

The CEMS Master in International Management is well recognized on the FT and QS rankings. For example, nine of the CEMS Academic Members schools are ranked in the top 20 of the FT Global Masters in Management 2022, with the University of St Gallen, HEC Paris, Rotterdam School of Management and Stockholm School of Economics achieving the top four positions. In addition, CEMS MiM was ranked 12th out of 176 programs in the QS ranking 2023 edition.
Who is this programme for?
The CEMS Master in Management is the perfect opportunity to do a master's degree abroad. Typical CEMS students pursue global careers but no previous professional experience is required. However, CEMS admissions committee selects individuals who are not only academically successful, but also demonstrate a high standard of ethical behavior, who can use cultural diversity with respect and empathy, and who demonstrate professional responsibility and accountability to society as a whole. According to CEMS, these criteria are necessary to become a successful international manager.

Requirements
CEMS member schools select students locally. This means that, when applying, you must follow the local application procedure. Keep in mind that admissions requirements vary by member school. However, the following application requirements apply to all CEMS Master in International Management candidates. If you are applying for the CEMS Master in International Management, you must be enrolled in the Master of Science program of a selected affiliated school before beginning the study. In addition, you must present proof of academic preparation. This means a bachelor's degree in management or economics or in a related field, or you must have completed at least 60 ECTS of full-time business education. Also, you must prove your proficiency in English.

Required GMAT score
Common confusion is about what GMAT score is required to be eligible for the CEMS Master in International Management. It is important to note that you do not need a GMAT for the general CEMS application, but you usually do for the partner university where you want to pursue the master's program. Generally, the required GMAT score needs to be at least 600 but each CEMS university may require a different GMAT score. Therefore we recommend you to check the website of the respective university carefully.
